RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

Salnia Fashions does not offer any ‘Exchange’ or ‘Returns’ for any of products. 

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to claim for exchange if:  

  • Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
  • The product is damaged, stained or defected at the time of delivery.
  • The received product(s) differed from the original order.

HOW TO EXCHANGE?

  • To exchange an item, please email us at sales@salniafashions.com with the reason of exchange and order details ( Subject:Exchange, with #Order Number). 

  • Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to, our store (Address will be provided).

  • Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

  • Any online payments received by us in USD will be reversed/refunded in USD.

  • Customer will be responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates.

  • We will not be responsible for any difference of amount due to currency conversions

  • In the case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 
  • The minimum period for processing refund is 7-10 working days depending on the mode of payment.

RETURNS: CUSTOMIZED & MAKE TO ORDERS

Customized orders include alterations and made to measure products which CANNOT be refunded or exchanged. 

RETURNS: SALE & DISCOUNTED ORDERS

Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
